When you purchase or rebuild your engine at Leitch Performance in 2012 and you put a Leitch logo clearly visible on the lower front of your race car's hood or the back end - LPE is continuing to pay out $100 contingency fee when you win a feature race!
May 5th - First night of racing and a win for #17 Kevin Cornelius at Sunset Speedway in the Late Model Division - Great start for the season for Kevin and a great start for LPE as this was Kevin’s first time racing with LPE power
May 26th - #17 Kevin Cornelius has got to be liking his new LPE power - placing first again in the feature race at Sunset Speedway.
June 22nd - Jake Brown get his first 2nd place finish in Thunder Stock racing at Ohsweken. A promising start after moving up from the Mini-stock series and only in his second year of racing. Watch out for Jake as he gets some experience!
July 21st - Kevin Cornelius takes second at Sunset - the fourth time he has done so this year along with his two firsts.
July 30th - Steve Hess takes his second win of the season at Ohweken in Mini-stocks on ‘Tony Stewart Night’.
Aug 4th - Win #3 for series point leader Kevin Cornelius in Limited Late Model racing at Sunset Speedway.
Aug 17th - Ken McNicol Jr gets his first win with LPE Power in the Coca-Cola Super Stocks feature at Delaware
Aug 26th - Rob Clarke in only his first race of the season in OSCAAR racing at Delaware had an impressively strong win driving a new car with a new LPE engine.
Jake Brown finishes tenth in the standings at the end of the season in his first year of Thunder Stock racing at Ohsweken and just misses out on Rookie of the Year honors.
